Assisted VPD Dispatch with Vallejo Resident That Returned Lost/Stolen Wallet

VPD gave my number to concerned Vallejo resident waiting for call for service. Resident caller seemed confused and frightened. Assisted with returning lost/stolen wallet. Comforted caller while waiting for officer to arrive.
