+ I ask Almighty God to bless once again this hallowed Memorial and make it even stronger anew.  

From this desecration will arise a renewed exaltation of these fallen few in the defense of the innocent many.

Chaplain Charles A. Brown has served the Vallejo Police Department for over 20 years. He has pastored the Saint Mark Community Church for 33 years in Vallejo. He has been married for 47 years and has 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He has a servant’s heart and loves serving Jesus, the Church and the Community.
